For the safety of Osborne Dog Grooming (ODG) and your pet, we require that you disclose when booking in your dog whether it is aggressive, exhibits any difficult behaviour, has any allergies or any underlying health conditions. This way we are all protected against injury. ODG may use a soft muzzle if necessary.

All clients must fill out, sign and date a record card and agree to the disclaimer on their first visit and notify ODG of any changes.
Please make sure your dog is walked and given the opportunity to go to the toilet before coming to their grooming appointment.
An additional cost may be incurred for any dog that requires a matted coat removal. This incurs additional costs because it is a time-consuming process, requiring expertise so as not to injure the animal.
ODG cannot be held liable for any irritation that may occur after hand stripping has been performed. No liability will be accepted when any health problem is uncovered or aggravated by any part of the grooming process. We will endeavour to notify you of anything we uncover during the grooming.

Please note that any bookings require a deposit. The deposit is non-refundable unless we are notified 48 hours or more before the time and date of the appointment. Deposits can be taken on line, over the phone or in-person, and can be rolled over from one appointment to the next.
ODG may photograph your dog before, during and after the groom. These images may be used on the website or social media.
